Are your Crystals real?
Yes. We are committed to providing authentic, ethically sourced (to the best of our knowledge) crystals.
Where are your crystals from?
Crystals travel from far away places, all around the world. Brazil, Mexico, India, Madagascar, etc. We use local suppliers that, to the best of our knowledge, provide authentic, ethically sourced crystals.
Can you help me identify what's in my mystery box or pouch?
Absolutely! Just send us a picture of the crystals you received via email and we can definitely identify them for you.
Can I place a pick up order?
You can definitely place an order for pick up, we are located in Georgetown, ON. To do so you will need to contact us directly via email and we will manually process your order. shopcrystalyn@gmail.com
Do you have a physical store location?
No, at this time we do not have a brick and mortar location. We are a small home based business and have a small store front located in our home. Contact us via email and make an appointment to browse our collection in person and feel free to bring a friend!
Do you attend live markets or local event?
Yes we do! We attend several artisans markets throughout the year. We will post these events on our social media pages, and on the events tab of this site located on the home page. Alternatively, you can join our email list to receive updates of shows and events.
Will I receive a ton of emails if I join your emailing list?
We do not have an email schedule. Our goal is to send out an email once a month, mainly to inform you of upcoming events, new stock arrivals and sales/promotions.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the United States but the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any brokerage/duty charged upon delivery.
