No refunds will be accepted after purchase. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at shopcrystalyn@gmail.com, exceptions, if approved will be refunded to a store credit. We strive to accurately display and describe all our metaphysical items, crystals, grids, and live edge pieces on our site through photos and videos.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
