Shipping Policies
As a token of our appreciation, we offer FREE SHIPPING to Canadian customers only on all individual orders of $50.00* or more! (excluding Himalayan Salt lamps) We ship Canada-Wide and US standard with Canada Post Expedited which offers you a tracking number and delivery confirmation. For all US shipments please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges as well as brokerage and duties charges upon delivery. For all orders below $50.00 shipping charges are calculated during check-out and are based on package weight and distance. Shipping charges for oversized items such as Himalayan Salt lamps are calculated during check-out and are based on package weight and distance. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.
Pick Up Option
We offer a free pick-up option in Georgetown, ON. Please contact us directly via email at shopcrystalyn@gmail.com and we will manually process the order for you. Once the order is ready for pick up we will send you an email confirmation indicating the pick up location and when your order is ready for pick up.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your FULL address is provided to ensure your package can be delivered. This includes apartment, suite, and unit numbers that are required for accurate delivery. If the shipping address information provided is not valid, your package may be deemed undeliverable, and we will not refund any products or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. In addition, you will be responsible for any additional product and shipping charges if you’d like us to ship the order again to a different delivery address.
Shipping Delays
Shipping refunds will not be issued for any shipping delays caused by events or any incidents beyond our or the carrier’s control. This may include but is not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, labour disputes, disruptions in transportation chains, the unavailability, or refusal to accept packages, incorrect shipping address provided with omission of unit or apartment numbers.
Shipping Damages
If a shipment is damaged in transit, it is your (the purchaser) responsibility to contact Canada Post to confirm and report the damages. In all damage claims it is important to keep the original shipping cartons in which the items were received, as Canada Post requires seeing the original cartons that the order was shipped in. Ask the driver to record the damage shipment. Once damages have been noted by the driver, please contact CRYSTALYN within 24 hours via email to report the damage. We will replace the damage item if stock is available or credit the purchase price minus shipping costs once Canada Post confirms the goods were damaged. We will not be responsible for the damage claim if the original box/carton is discarded.
